Replacement or disposable contact lenses, are lenses with a prescribed wearing time. Wearing times can be:
one day, two weeks or a month. Your eyes must be measured and the lenses fitted by an optician or Doctor.
We only replace lenses that have been fit and have passed follow up examinations by eye care professionals.
On the box or vial you should be able to read the following specifications:
If, as in most cases your eyes have different powers, the boxes should indicate right and left.
Right eye, also known as OD
Left eye, also known as OS
Brand, manufacturer & series of lens.
Power/sphere, Strength of lenses - a number between -20.00 and +20.00.
Base Curve, a number between 8.0 and 10.0.
DIA, Diameter (diameter of lens) - a number between 13.0 and 15.0.
Cylinder, for toric lenses only - a number between -4.00 and +4.00.
Axis, for toric lenses only - a number between 0 and 180.

If, for any reason within 30 days you wish to return the contact lenses, sealed in their original vials, we will refund your money in full. Refunds will be given the day we receive the lenses. In the unlikely case of a manufacturers defect, we will replace the lens free of charge.
Canadian contact lenses are the same as any other lenses in the world, they come from the same manufacturers, and often from the same warehouses.
