TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Sales and communication on the My Global Lens site will be conducted according to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

LOST SHIPMENTS
Although our shipments are tracked - the odd one still gets lost. In the rare instances when a shipment goes missing, My Global Lens will replace the shipment at no charge.

SHIPMENTS MARKED DELIVERED
Occasionally a shipment will be registered as delivered yet the customer claims they did not get it. My Global Lens will advise in the recovery of the original order, but will not refund or replace orders marked delivered. These types of orders are almost always recovered.

RETURNS POLICY
Lenses may be returned for a refund or exchange. The return must be within 60 days of purchase. They must be in manufactures box and the box must be unopened, unmarked, and undamaged.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, My Global Lens will pay for the shipping. Returns must be shipped by post. Please do not send through a courier.

If returning an order for a refund or exchange, please include a note with your order number and instructions on what you would like us to do.

DEFECTIVE LENSES
It is very rare a lens is defective, but if a customer believes there is a manufacturers defect, they may return the box of lenses to us for refund or replacement.

CANCELATIONS
If a customer wishes to cancel an order for any reason, and the order has not shipped, we can simply cancel it and process a refund. ( refunds can take a couple of days to work through the system )
If a customer wishes to cancel and the order has already shipped, they must return the lenses to us before we can issue a refund.

Rx REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure a prescription (Rx) is on file with us.  If you have submitted your RX before, it is on file and is not required for future purposes

COPYRITE
Our Logo and images may not be used for commercial purposes. They may however be used for reviews, discussion forums and referrals.
